Submitting a Claim
To begin the claims process and get your repairs underway, simply call +1 (346) 353-5424. Our claims department is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CT), and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to noon (CT). For mechanical breakdown claims, please ensure you follow the procedure outlined in your contract carefully.
For Maintenance Claims
To file a maintenance claim, please call +1 (346) 353-5424 or email a copy of your invoice with proof of payment to steve@veloguardautowarranty.com within 45 days of service to initiate the process.
Our claims department is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive reimbursement via a virtual **VeloGuard Auto Warranty Prepaid Mastercard®**. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.
